Founded in London

Grant & Graham was founded on a simple belief: that the right senior talent, placed at the right moment, changes the trajectory of a business.

Since 2009 we have been dedicated to providing expert management solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our founding focus has remained the same to this day — to quickly place seasoned managers with proven track records into the roles our clients need most, whether that is navigating a short-term challenge or leading a long-term transformation.

What began as a small interim management practice has grown into a global consultancy with 16 offices across six continents, a senior network of 48 consultants, and delivery experience across more than 20 sectors.

Grant & Graham was founded in 2009 by Andrew Collins, who scaled Service Industries Ltd from $15 million to $220 million before its acquisition by NCR Corporation.

That operating DNA runs through everything we do. Our senior consultants are former CEOs, CROs, CFOs, CTOs, and transformation directors — people who have held the roles, carried the number, and delivered the outcome. Not career advisers.

2009

Grant & Graham is founded

Andrew Collins founds the firm in London with a focus on placing senior interim managers into short- and long-term client engagements. UK Company Registration 11575770.

2014

First international office — USA

Grant & Graham USA Inc. established in San Diego, California — the first international office and the start of our global footprint. From here, the network begins to expand year on year.

2015 – 2022

A decade of steady expansion

Year on year, new offices open across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and the Americas — including Amsterdam, Tallinn, and our Middle East regional hub. The senior consultant network scales past 40.

2023

Launch of Growth as a Service (GaaS)

Introduction of our managed commercial function — a proven Head of Sales plus a dedicated BD team, delivered as a service across Launch, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.

2024 – 2025

Network deepens

Further office openings extend our presence across EMEA and APAC. Service lines mature; sector expertise expands to 20+. Senior bench grows toward 48.

2026

Three continents, three new offices in one year

Grant & Graham opens offices in Australia, Brazil, and China simultaneously — bringing the global network to 16 offices across six continents, with coverage spanning Europe, the Americas, APAC, the Middle East, and Africa.
