Operators first. Advisers second.
A global interim management and strategy consultancy, founded in 2009. Our senior practitioners have run the businesses they advise — carrying the number, leading the team, delivering the outcome. That is the standard we bring to every engagement.
The year it all started.
Grant & Graham was founded on a simple belief: that the right senior talent, placed at the right moment, changes the trajectory of a business.
Since 2009 we have been dedicated to providing expert management solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our founding focus has remained the same to this day — to quickly place seasoned managers with proven track records into the roles our clients need most, whether that is navigating a short-term challenge or leading a long-term transformation.
What began as a small interim management practice has grown into a global consultancy with 16 offices across six continents, a senior network of 48 consultants, and delivery experience across more than 20 sectors.
Through every chapter — start-up to scale-up, one country to six continents — the commitment has not changed. Senior practitioners. Real accountability. Outcomes measured in the commercial result, not the hours billed.
Three words that shape how we work.
Strategize. Organize. Globalize. Not a tagline — a sequence. It is how we think about every client engagement, from a 90-day interim placement to a multi-year transformation mandate.
Strategize
We start with the commercial problem, not a framework. Our consultants have sat in the seat before — so the strategy we build is grounded in what actually works, not what reads well in a deck.
Organize
We put the team, the structure, and the operating model in place to deliver. Interim leaders, Growth as a Service pods, change management specialists — matched precisely to the engagement.
Globalize
With 16 offices across six continents and on-the-ground expertise in 100+ jurisdictions, we help clients enter new markets, expand international operations, and scale with confidence.
We have actually run the businesses we advise.
Grant & Graham was founded in 2009 by Andrew Collins, who scaled Service Industries Ltd from $15 million to $220 million before its acquisition by NCR Corporation.
That operating DNA runs through everything we do. Our senior consultants are former CEOs, CROs, CFOs, CTOs, and transformation directors — people who have held the roles, carried the number, and delivered the outcome. Not career advisers.
When we place someone into your business, they do not need a runway to be useful. They have been there and solved that.

What we are here to do.
To empower businesses to overcome critical challenges and achieve sustainable growth — by providing expert interim management and bespoke consulting services that drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and create long-term value.
The standards we hold ourselves to.
Four principles shape every G&G engagement — from a two-week scoping study to a multi-year transformation programme.
Experienced Professionals
Our interim managers and consultants are seasoned practitioners with proven success. No juniors learning on your time. No graduate programmes dressed up as consulting teams.
Customised Solutions
We tailor our services to the specific needs and goals of your organisation. Off-the-shelf methods meet off-the-shelf results — and neither is what a serious business should pay for.
Cross-Sector Expertise
Our services span more than 20 industries — FinTech, SaaS, Aerospace, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, Telecom, and more — giving you both specialist depth and cross-pollinated perspective.
Global Reach
Sixteen offices across six continents. Cross-functional services delivered throughout EMEA, the Americas, and APAC — wherever the business need is.
