How long does a typical engagement run?
It depends on the scope. Diagnostics run two to three weeks. Strategy or operating model work typically runs six to twelve weeks. Transformation programmes run six to eighteen months with milestone reviews. M&A advisory tracks the deal cycle. We scope every engagement with clear milestones before work starts — no open-ended retainers.
What does management consultancy cost at Grant & Graham?
Day rates reflect the seniority of the practitioner assigned. We offer fixed-fee engagements, retainer models, and project-based pricing — matched to the problem, not the firm. The honest answer: we are more expensive than a freelancer and materially less expensive than a Big Four equivalent.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We have permanent offices in London, Amsterdam, San Diego, and the Middle East, with consultants on the ground in more than a dozen markets across Europe, North America, APAC, and the Gulf. We support company formation and market entry across more than 100 jurisdictions.
Can you combine consultancy with an interim placement?
Often, yes — and it is frequently the most effective model. A short consultancy engagement to diagnose and design, followed by an interim executive to lead delivery, gives you the thinking and the execution from one senior practitioner or team. We are format-agnostic: fractional, interim, project-based, retained — we design the engagement around the business problem.
